Our Founder and Director, John Speight began his career in 1999 as a heavy-duty Diesel Mechanic apprentice at a reputable Caterpillar dealership. He has since worked in this field across 3 countries, underground and surface mining. John has been involved in most aspects of the trade and industry from the day to day running and maintaining of large fleets, tracking KPI's and reliability. Dealer and customer development. All the way through to working with commercial teams in production studies to ensure the correct machines are supplied to the customer.
